1. Monthly cancellation
Founder subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may request cancellation before the next renewal date by emailing admin.aibusiness@gmail.com or contacting support. Unless the law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents the next renewal.
2. First-payment protection
A new customer may request a refund of the first subscription payment when all of the following apply:
- The customer supplied an acceptable supported file after preflight.
- No supported paid job can be completed within seven calendar days after the acceptable file was received.
- The failure was not caused by password protection, corruption, illegibility, prohibited content, missing customer instructions or customer delay.
- The request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the first charge.
3. Technical job failure
When a supported job fails technically before delivery, consumed processing credits are restored. We may reprocess the file, provide corrected output, or refund the affected additional review charge where reprocessing is not reasonably possible.
4. Verified 1:1 correction commitment
If a delivered file labelled Verified 1:1 contains a mismatch against the supplied source within the verified scope, report it within seven calendar days of delivery with the source page and affected row. We will investigate and, where the mismatch is confirmed, correct the output without an additional correction fee.
5. Non-refundable situations
Except where required by law, refunds are not normally provided for change of mind after processing has begun, unused included pages, partial billing periods, customer tender outcomes, customer-entered rates or quantities, unsupported files disclosed during preflight, or errors outside the verified scope.
6. Additional review jobs
Additional Verified review is charged at US$2.00 per page with a US$25 minimum per review job. Once manual review has begun, the fee is non-refundable except for a confirmed service failure or as required by law.
7. How to request a refund
Contact admin.aibusiness@gmail.com with the account email, invoice or payment reference, job name, reason and supporting screenshots or source pages. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank and card-network processing times vary.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact support first so we can investigate. This policy does not limit a customer's lawful right to raise a payment dispute, but knowingly false disputes or abuse may result in account suspension.
