What “Verified 1:1” means
It means supported content has passed defined checks for content, structure, sequence, calculations and source traceability. It does not mean every arbitrary or unreadable PDF converts perfectly without review.

Which files are supported first?
Password-free electrical and M&E BOQ PDFs up to 300 pages and 50 MB. Native-text PDFs are the strongest first target. Severe blur, handwriting, corrupt pages or ambiguous content may be rejected or require a clearer source.
Does TenderGuard guarantee every automatic output is 100% correct?
No. Automatic output is marked for review. Only a supported file that passes the defined evidence and reviewer gates may be labelled Verified 1:1.
How are subscriptions cancelled?
Customers may request cancellation before the next renewal date. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise required by law. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What happens when a supported paid job cannot be completed?
Consumed processing credits are restored. First-payment protection may apply when no supported paid job can be completed within seven days after an acceptable file is received, subject to the published policy.
Is this quantity surveying or engineering advice?
No. Customers remain responsible for quantities, rates, commercial decisions, design, contractual interpretation and tender submission.
